Our mission is to educate and equip individuals, particularly the youth and church communities, to become effective first responders to violence. We strive to foster an environment where advocacy for victims transforms into active creation of safe spaces, facilitating healing and resilience.
Empower yourself and your community by becoming a proactive force against violence with our Urban First Responders (UFR) curriculum. Designed for individuals who are committed to making a difference, our program equips participants with the skills needed to respond effectively to incidents of violence in the community.
Our Urban First Responders Curriculum is designed to equip the church and youth to become an intricate part of community transformation, and to be a competent response, to violence in the community and in the schools. Also, learn how to become more than an advocate of victims of violence, but an oasis of safety and restoration.
Gain insights into cultural dynamics and their effects on community interaction, enhancing your ability to engage positively in diverse settings.
Develop skills to communicate clearly and effectively in tense or crisis situations to facilitate better outcomes.
